D O M I N I O N - R A N K I N G S
[/i]It is necessary for roleplaying on Fairwater to understand the ranks. Only the Dominion on the eastern side of the island has ranks. The other side of the island is completely free, with no rankings and wolves just wandering around.
THE SHAMAN/ There is only one of these, and that is Mira. She runs everything that goes on and has power over every single little tidbit on the east side of the island. The shaman hand-chooses their heir, and it can be anyone, from their own pup to a lone wolf they find wandering Fairwater. The shaman is also the person that everybody in the kingdom wants to please, and if you don't please her, well, you'd better watch your back.

THE AUGURS/ There are three augurs in the Dominion, hand-picked by the seer for having a special connection to the Gods. They are treated very well, and constantly follow around the seer, hanging on to her every word. They have a good knowledge of herbs and how to use them to heal, hurt, etc. They also wander around the Dominion performing services to citizens, such as healing wounds or doing rituals to bless a family.

THE GUARDS/ There are five guards, trained by Mira herself in defense. These guards are the best of the best fighters in the kingdom, and what they don't always have in compassion they make up with sheer strength and clever planning. Through you may not see the guards, they follow Mira around wherever she goes, watching her and making sure that she is always safe. However, the guards are little more than objects, for they really don't have any say with what goes on in the Dominion. When important matters need to be discussed, all but the head guard, hand-picked by Mira, are sent away.

THE CITIZENS/ The citizens are the ordinary wolves who inhabit the east side of the Dominion. Most of them have families, but some of them live alone. They are the people who believe in Mira's Gods and have moved to the east side of the island, believing it was the right thing to do. They submit to the Gods, and to Mira's word, and are good citizens. Some of these, however, are the families that inhabited the east before Mira invaded it, and were forced to submit to the Gods or die.

THE SLAVES/ There are an unlimited number of slaves. The slaves are the dirt of the Dominion. They are looked down upon. When wolves see a slave, they spit at it. Slaves are captured when Mira's guards catch a non-citizen on the east side of the island.
