Only the Dominion believe this legend about the creation of wolves and the Gods. Other wolves scoff at it.
THE CREATION;
From the bloodshed of the first wolf civilization, fallen in its ignorance and evil, rose the first God. He emerged from the bodies of the dead with a triumphant smirk, red eyes sparkling, black fur twisting slightly in the wind. His name was Aralo, and he surveyed the surrounding scene with distaste. A flick of his tail and the bodies of the dead were gone, replaced by a meadow. Aralo set to work, for he was alone in the world at the moment. He created the first wolf from mud and stone, crafting it with every chance he got, shaping it artfully and smoothing out its shining fur. He touched his nose to the nose of the mud wolf and part of his Godly life energy flowed into this wolf. Lightning erupted from the skies as the wolf awoke for the first time, laying delighted amber eyes on its Creator. This first wolf served Aralo dutifully, but the wolf's interests began to wander Aralo was worried about his only son and asked what was the wrong. His faithful servant was lonely. Because of this, Aralo created another wolf. She was very beautiful and was a wonderful companion to his lonely servant. However, from the creation of his newest wolf came another problem.
His faithful servant was not very faithful anymore. He started to shirk his duties of serving Aralo, and spending time with his new mate. The situation escalated to the point that he ran away from Aralo, claiming that his wife was all that matters. It was this that transformed Aralo into a hateful being. His eyes were redder than before and his fur was blacker than before. He traveled the world with the single quest to kill the servant that had once been so loyal to him.
He found the two wolves in a cave in the corner of the world, and slayed them mercilessly, along with a pup that they had had. From the first wolf's body sprung Cassis, the god of fortune and luck. From the second wolf's body sprung Dia, the beautiful goddess of time. And from the last wolf's body was the Amon, the God of love. Three three Gods were good people, not evil like their father, and at once they sprang on Aralo and killed him. They threw his body to the sky, where it formed the night sky and the stars.
From there, Dia, Cassis, and Amon set to work creating their very own wolves. They named their island Fairwater and created a new race of wolves. However, over time the wolves have forgotten them. In a panic, Dia, Cassis, and Amon visited a young female wolf, Mira, in the hopes tat she would teach Fairwater the ignorance of their ways.
